  • Just a small amount of food intake can trigger the allergy
  • The body’s reaction to food allergy will be instant as soon as you ate the food you’re allergic to.

Food intolerance and a food allergy may be different, but food triggers both. We have to be careful with what we eat because whether its intolerance or allergy it can cause extreme discomfort in our bodies. I’m not of those people who are allergic to peanuts, but I know that there are several reasons why we should not eat peanuts. It’s not the healthiest food on earth though it’s also not the worst. It’s just important that you are aware of the facts why we should not eat it but of course, the decision is yours. Let me tell you four important facts why you shouldn’t be eating peanuts then you decide for yourself if you want to continue eating peanuts.
